Today we sit down with Becky.
Becky plays a vital role in the Client Engagement Team as our Client Relationship Manager.
So, over to Becky to tell us more…
Say hello to Becky…
“Hi Everyone I’m Becky and I’m the Client Relationship Manager at Joslin Rhodes.”
“It’s going to be my 6th year anniversary at Joslin Rhodes in March this year. “
“I manage the Client Engagement Team. We are involved in meeting and greeting all of our beautiful clients 👋, making them feel really welcome.”
“We also deal with all of the incoming enquiries. People often need help making decisions on their pensions and upcoming retirements.”
“And we give them the peace of mind that we can help and book them in for their initial consultations. “
What is your favourite part of your role?
“My favourite thing about Joslin Rhodes, again, it is the clients.”
“My wedding 👰 was last year and I was very lucky to be saved at the last minute by a lovely client who made my wedding cake 🍰. “
“The cake was amazing. It really made my day. And I just cherish that moment. It’s a really lovely memory for me.”
What do you enjoy outside of Joslin Rhodes?
“I love spending time with my family 👪, my husband and my daughter. We love going out for meals and having days out.”
“I recently enjoyed a lovely bottomless brunch 🍹 with my lovely girlfriends, we have a lovely time when we do that. “
“But I don’t enjoy the hangover that’s the only problem 🤢. “
What is your favourite memory of Joslin Rhodes?
“Back in 2020, I turned 40 years old and received some lovely gifts from clients. They brought me flowers 💐, cards, I just felt so loved and valued by them. And I’m a very lucky lady to have such gorgeous clients 💖.”
