To help us meet demand for our Lifestyle Financial Planning Services, we’ve been growing our Client Services team and are now looking for that one last piece of the puzzle – a Client Services Administrator. Is this you?
Joslin Rhodes is an award-winning financial advisory firm that has been delivering happy retirements to thousands of Teessiders for over 20 years.
And, while we cover all the usual bases when it comes to retirement, including Pensions, Estate Planning, and Equity Release, how we do this is entirely unique.

About the role
As a Client Services Administrator, you’ll be on the front line looking after our clients. Typically, the first person they see, and often the one they remember. You will make every aspect of looking after our clients a real pleasure for them and you.
You’ll also be our ‘engine room’, working behind the scenes to provide administrative support to our wider Operations and Financial Planning teams.
Given Joslin Rhodes always aims to deliver a WOW service, meaning everything we do leaves a positively big impression, this is a very important role and requires a very special person.
You’ll need to be up for:
- Answering client phone calls and to assist with queries and requests.
- Building great client relationships by keeping them informed.
- Completing all necessary administration tasks promptly and correctly for new and existing clients, including printing and preparing booklets and paperwork for meetings.
- Providing timely and accurate communications to clients, using templates and best practices.
- Raising ideas and implement improvements and efficiencies wherever possible.

If you think you tick all these boxes, here’s what your typical day could look like:
- Meeting with clients to gather information or to provide support with queries.
- Updating clients by telephone and email with case progress.
- Contacting third-party providers for information and to chase requests.
- Logging all interactions with clients and providers in the PlanHappy Portal.
- Providing all necessary administrative support to clients and other teams too.
