About the role
As an Investment Platform Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the setting up and maintaining client’s platform records, including checking eligibility and product illustrations as well as managing client fees.
And, given you’re at the front line of clients’ investment portfolios and time ‘in the market’ is crucial, you’ll need to be up for:
- Timely and accurate onboarding of platform and product switches and processing of withdrawals and deposits.
- Completing platform due diligence checks.
- Professional communications to clients, using templates and following best practice.
- Identifying and helping resolve any technical issues.
- Raising ideas and implement improvements and efficiencies wherever possible.

- Answering client phone calls or responding to client email enquiries.
- Completing all necessary administration tasks promptly and correctly for new and existing clients.
- Actioning and monitoring client withdrawals and contributions.
- Triggering, monitoring and chasing Platform Switches and Transfers.
- Writing to clients to keep them informed about their current transactions.
