Joslin Rhodes has grown by being fantastic at what we do, merging life coaching with financial advice to really improve peoples’ lives.
The founder and visionary has created and built the unique #planhappy process, which delivers life-changing results coupled with comfort and peace of mind. We work primarily with ordinary folk at or approaching retirement, coaching them through the life and money decisions they face.
We’ve built a great team of people along the way, which currently stands at 44 and growing. We generate turnover approaching £4m, do good numbers and have over £125m of client funds under management.
Demand for our service continues to grow, which is great. However, we’ve noticed we’re missing something, and we’ve identified a need for an awesome individual to join our compliance team to support the Compliance Manager.
Our Compliance team works within the overall PlanHappy process ensuring we continue to provide the highest standard of advice to deliver excellent client outcomes. The role is far reaching and involves working across departments, so it’s important you can collaborate with both management and technical teams.
You’ll be involved in various aspects of compliance administration including training and competency testing, checking advice files are complete, and collating information used for management and regulatory reporting. The role would suit an individual with an inquisitive personality, perhaps gained from an administrative background, who would like to build a career in financial advice.
We’re looking for a diligent individual and any previous experience working within financial services or in a quality or audit role would be advantageous. Holding financial advice qualifications is not necessary, but we would encourage you to work towards these to progress within the business.

We like to have a nice atmosphere with great people and time to do our jobs fantastically well and we don’t mind admitting our compliance function needs to develop to meet demand.
