Helping to understand the type of retirement your assets can support

Through our unique process ‘Plan Happy’ we will get an understanding of what it is you are trying to achieve and what you would like your retirement to look like. We will then make our investment decisions to help you achieve that outcome.

Maximising the value of your final few years’ salary

By getting an understanding of where you are now and what you are aiming for we can work out what you need to do to achieve your target retirement date, or even bring it closer.

Whether maximising your salary means putting more in to your savings, pensions or spending it on holidays or the house, we will advise you on what to do with any surplus expenditure.

De-risking investment portfolios

For many, a bad investment experience is a result of not fully understanding the investment you are in. We will ensure you understand the risk involved and that you are not taking more than you need to, are comfortable with or can afford.

Helping you maximise tax efficiencies

We would look to utilise ISA / NISA and pension allowances when available to ensure that we are shielding your investments from unwanted tax as much as possible.

Ensuring the right balance between income and growth

Your accessibility and need for money will change over time. We aim to ensure that you will have access to the money when you need it and, the way you need it, be it via income or a one-off withdrawal.

It all starts with a chat

Come and see us for a chat about your circumstances, what your concerns are and what you're trying to achieve. This is completely free and there’s no obligation or pressure for you to take it any further. Based in the North East, our offices are easy to get to if you live in Teesside, Tyne and Wear, County Durham, Northumberland or North Yorkshire. Just give us a call on 01642 52 55 11 or drop us an email.

Please note: The value of an investment and the income from it could go down as well as up. You may not get back what you invest.

Q: How should I invest my pension?
A: This is a very personal decision and can only be made when several factors have been considered. The type of pension scheme and how you want to access it, how you feel about risk and swings in value, what your expectations are for returns and your own personal investment experience all play a role. Our job is to gather all of the data for each factor, understand what it is you're trying to achieve and then guide you through the options available to you. Then we'll monitor this over time, accommodate any changes in market conditions or your circumstances and make any investment changes necessary to keep you on track.
