All in a day’s work for Zach

Over the past few months, we’ve had the pleasure of working with Zach who has been on work experience with us.

He’s been a great help, working with different departments across Joslin Rhodes.

He started his time with us by working with the Client Services Team.

The Client Services Team’s responsible for getting in touch with pension providers and retrieving important information for our clients. On top of this, he’s been getting booklets 📙 ready for client meetings.

Our Client Engagement Team also received a helping hand from Zach.

Dotted around our lovely lounge area we have jars of sweets 🍬 for clients to enjoy; Zach helped to keep these stocked up.

In Zach’s second week he found himself working with the Discovery and Protect Teams.

With the Protect Team Zach was organising estate planning files with Carole and Sue.

Becky from our Client Engagement Team showed Zach how to prepare our range of hot drinks.

Zach quickly picked this up he found himself making drinks for clients and team members.

Later in the week, Zach got involved in setting up the event space for our estate planning workshop for the night.

All his hard work didn’t go unnoticed and he was awarded hero of the week 🦸.

Phew, didn’t he do well!
